WHAT IS THE SKILLS SPECTRUM?

The Player Plus Skills Spectrum is our very own home-study programme! The series of skills videos are designed to provide young players with 24 turns and moves which can be used to evade pressure or beat a defender!

In order to complete the programme, players must be able to complete all 24 moves on BOTH FEET in a small-sided game. Download the PDF & track your progress!

DOMINANT FOOT STAGES
PURPLE LEVEL - Player is able to perform skill with their DOMINANT foot in isolation (unopposed - no pressure)
BLUE LEVEL - Player is able to perform skill with their DOMINANT foot in a training session (opposed - under pressure)
GREEN LEVEL - Player is able to perform skill with their DOMINANT foot in a match (match-day - full pressure)

WEAKER FOOT STAGES
YELLOW LEVEL - Player is able to perform skill with their OTHER foot in isolation (unopposed - no pressure)
ORANGE LEVEL - Player is able to perform skill with their OTHER foot in a training session (opposed - under pressure)
RED LEVEL - Player is able to perform skill with their OTHER foot in a match (match-day - full pressure)
